WebMay 15, 2024 · But, here is a nice discovery. For each project I’m working on, I have created a list in Microsoft To-Do. This puts a corresponding list in Outlook. Now, when I create a new task in Outlook, it puts the list in the Tasks folder. I drag it from there to the appropriate list (created in To-Do), which in turn puts in Outlook’s To-Do list. WebMar 18, 2024 · What that means is that the same account you are using to log into your ToDo list via has to be the same account that is configured in Outlook desktop. I just tested this again prior to posting this creating 2 new ToDo tasks and both were immediately shown in Outlook desktop as shown in the attached screenshot. Karl.
