Yes, I agree that CS might teach you more math, that IT might teach you more networking, that Cyber might teach a combination of the two. And that's important. If you end up analyzing logs, managing user accounts and removing malware from PCs, you might pigeonhole yourself into IT roles where you use the stuff others (i.e. software engineers) create.
